SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of engineering, and more particularly to the transmissions. Dual clutch of the vehicle transmission comprises a housing (1), a shaft (2), friction clutches (3, 4), input shafts (5, 6) of the gearbox, and hydraulic cylinders (23, 24) for controlling the clutches. Multi-plate friction clutches (3, 4) of different sizes are concentrically arranged for alternately connecting the drive shaft (2) to the input shafts (5, 6). Cylinders (23, 24) comprise pistons (25, 29) located between the compensation chambers (27, 31), in which the springs (28, 33) are installed, and the working chambers (43, 30). Hydraulic cylinders (23, 24) are located concentrically in the housing (1). Housing (1) has tubular shelves (15, 16) located on the inside of the side wall (17) formed with the hub (18). Piston (25) of the hydraulic cylinder (23) of the coupling (3) is mounted on a tubular shelf (15) of a larger diameter. Piston (29) of the hydraulic cylinder (24) of the coupling (4) is mounted on the hub (18) of the side wall (17) of the housing (1).
EFFECT: decreased overall dimensions are provided.
