FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding food products. Device for cutting food products comprises a body and a cover, as well as n loading containers attached to the cover, where n = 1, 2 …, and a pair of stops repeating the shape of the loading container arranged under each loading container respectively and installed perpendicular to the axis of the drive shaft, connected to the electric motor, located on the platform, on which n receiving receptacles are also located, wherein the drive shaft is fixed by one end in the cover, by the other end - on the platform, and on the drive shaft perpendicular to its axis there fixed is a blade of a single knife and blades unit webs. Single knife web is made in form of disc sector formed by recess in disc, wherein the cutting edge of the single knife is made concave, on the end of the blade of the single knife in the centre of the disc there is a flange, and opposite end is made integral with arc-shaped bridge formed by same recess, under single knife blade is first retaining disc on same drive shaft, as knife, at distance equal to specified thickness of cut food product, stops, the shape of which repeats the shape of the loading container, are installed with a clearance for passage of a single knife, wherein in the first retaining disc there is a cut, which repeats the shape of the blade of a single knife. Under the first retaining disc between it and the knives unit there are n bins, at the bottom of each of which there is an outlet hole, inside each hopper there are a drum with blades and a conveyor so that the straight line passing through the rotation axes of the conveyor shaft and the rotation axis of the conveyor roller passes under the specified angle to drive shaft axis. Knife blades in the block are made in the form of disk sectors formed by recesses in discs, m cutting edges of knives in the block are made concave, at ends of knife blades in the centre of disks there are flanges, and opposite ends are made as a whole with arched webs formed by same recesses, wherein cutting edges of each knife in the block are offset along circumference towards the axis of the drive shaft relative to the edges of knives of previous disks located higher, at a distance less than the specified thickness of the cut product, and on the rack in parallel to the blade blades and between them there are k + 1 flat stops, where k is the number of discs in the block, flat stops are arranged under each hopper between discs of the knife block, the last knife block disc and the second retainer disc installed under the knives unit. In the second retaining disc there are cuts in the number m, above which there are knife blade webs respectively, and under the second holding disc there are n receiving receptacles.
EFFECT: result is improved quality, eliminated jamming knife, reduced dimensions.
