FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food cutting and can be used in food and agricultural industries, etc. Device comprises container for food product, blade secured in the case, set of blade assemblies and conveyor erected at the bed. This device comprises drive shaft articulated with conveyor. Said container features and elongated shape and is arranged at an angle to the blade fitted in the case in plane perpendicular to aforesaid bed. The blade is fixed in disc-like case and arranged parallel therewith in cut-out zone shaped to segment in said case. Said case is equipped with the flange fixed at drive shaft. Set of blades is fitted on driven shaft by means of the flange whereto flat blades of the set are arranged regularly in circle. Food supports are arranged between conveyor and set blade, between sets of blades and behind them. Guides of food cut slices are arranged above the conveyor behind the blade secured in case.

EFFECT: continuous high-quality cutting of food products, higher reliability.
