FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: device contains a product vessel, a blade installed in the body, blade assembly sets and conveyors positioned on the base. The first conveyor is kinematically connected to the drive shaft. The further conveyors are kinematically connected to the corresponding auxiliary shafts and positioned with a bias to the base relative to the first conveyor. The last conveyor is positioned perpendicular to the previous one in the same plane. A blade is positioned perpendicular to the first conveyor. The body is equipped with a flange rigidly attached to the drive shaft. The first blade assembly set is installed on the drive shaft by means of the flange. The further blade assembly sets are attached on the corresponding shafts by means of flanges. Flat blades in the sets assemblies are located uniformly along the circumference and mounted embedded into the flange. Stops for the product supporting during cutting are positioned between the conveyors and blades in the assembly, between the blades in the set proper and behind the blades.

EFFECT: blades locking and divergence exclusion.
