FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding food products. Device for cutting food products comprises a body, a cover on which n loading containers are fixed, where n = 1, 2…, and two flat supports located under each loading container respectively and installed perpendicular to axis of shaft, connected to electric motor, located on platform, on which n receiving receptacles are located. One end of the shaft is fixed in the cover, the other end is fixed on the platform, and the blade material is fixed perpendicular to its axis on the shaft. Device is equipped with post, on which two flat thrusts are fixed for cut food product with clearance for blade passing. Blade material is formed by a recess in the disc and is made in the form of a disc sector, wherein the cutting edge of the knife is concave and at the end of the blade material in the centre of the disc there is a flange, and opposite end is made integral with arc-shaped bridge formed by cutout in disk. Below blade material holds holding disc at a distance equal to specified thickness of cut food product, and in retaining disc there is a cut, which repeats blade material shape.

EFFECT: result is improved quality, eliminated jamming knife and reduced dimensions of device.
