Survey device comprises an interface unit, an image analysis unit, a display unit and a core detection unit, in which the interface unit is configured to provide a biological sample image, in which image analysis unit is configured to indicate area of interest, on image as reference area, in order to extract the cell and / or tissue characteristic of the reference area from the image and analyse the image for alternative areas with a characteristic similar to the feature extracted from the reference region, in which the display unit is configured to display the analysis result for alternative areas with a similar characteristic, in which the biological sample is a tissue sample and in which the nuclear detection unit is configured to detect nuclei.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of analysis of image area.
