FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to digital clinical laboratory studies. To facilitate the tissue microarray analysis, a tissue testing device is provided. Device comprises data input (102), module (104) for analysis of tissue microarray and output (106). Data input is configured to receive a reference image obtained from a tissue sample unit, and receiving an image of a microarray of a microarray cut edge, comprising at least one tissue microbe obtained from at least a tissue sample unit. Tissue microarray analysis module is configured to align the microfilm image of at least one microfabricated sample with the reference image based on spatial arrangement of the corresponding microfabricated tissue in the tissue sample unit.
EFFECT: output is configured to provide a combined result obtained from the tissue microarray analysis module for the purpose of further analysis.
