FIELD: monitoring and measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of controlling substances in liquid state and can be used for automatic measurement of fluid dynamic viscosity. Method for monitoring dynamic viscosity of liquid at current temperature, in which dynamic viscosity is determined by product of dynamic viscosity of liquid at initial temperature on ratio of acceleration time of rotating mass system "drive motor-shaft-rotary cylinder" at liquid initial temperature to acceleration time of "drive motor-shaft-rotating cylinder" system at current fluid temperature by ratio of acceleration time difference of rotary masses of driving "electric motor-shaft-rotating cylinder" at current fluid temperature and acceleration time of rotating mass system "drive motor-shaft-rotating cylinder" without fluid and difference of acceleration time of rotating mass system "drive motor-shaft-rotating cylinder" at initial liquid temperature and acceleration time of rotating mass system "drive motor-shaft-rotating cylinder" without fluid.
EFFECT: possibility of measuring liquid viscosity at variable speeds of rotating element.
