FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: platform is imparted with one reverse-symmetrical spherical rotation around fixed point. Differences of works of active moments of forces are measured through differences of consumed electric power at five proper full rotations counted from five equidistant values of inherent angle. Analytically there are determined momentums relative to five axes with application of equation of energy change and five border positions and magnitudes of vector of angular speed. The sixth axial momentum is determined on reverse-symmetrical rotational motion around vertical axis of precession at fixed angle of proper rotation. The device consists of a double-axle cardan suspension having an external frame with a shaft and an internal frame-platform with a shaft whereon there is arranged a body, of an automated electric drive in form of an electric engine and of a tooth gear mechanism with a switching clutch. The internal frame is made in form of a hollow axisymmetrical cylinder. The electric engine contains an elastic element in form of a wound torsion making a hybrid engine with it. The tooth gear mechanism consists of a conic wheel engaged with the cylinder coaxial with the internal shaft and of a stationary conic wheel coaxial with the external frame which is switched off with electric clutches by means of lengthwise transfer and simultaneous switching off rotation of the internal frame.
EFFECT: raised efficiency, accuracy, expanded range of application in systems of programmed control.
