FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water-dispersible inks with phase transition for printing on eye lenses. Composition of said ink contains a hydrophilic wax having at least one ethoxy moiety, low-viscosity wax having at least one hydroxyl group, an optional stabilizer and a colorant. Said low-viscosity wax is miscible with said hydrophilic wax. Described also is a bar or granule for an inkjet printer comprising said water-permeable ink composition with a phase transition.
EFFECT: use of disclosed ink for printing on eye lenses provides higher quality of screening, wear resistance of printing, easy cleaning of lenses with water, good optical contrast on transparent and dark lenses.
