FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to inks with phase transition for printing on eye lenses. Composition of said ink contains linear hydrocarbon wax and branched hydrocarbon wax, amide in amount of more than 25 wt. %. of the total weight of the ink composition, rosin ester and a colorant. Disclosed is an ink composition with phase transition for printing on eye lenses, containing linear hydrocarbon wax and branched hydrocarbon wax, amide containing a combination of at least two members of a group consisting of monoamide, triamide and tetraamide, as well as rosin ether and a dye. Also disclosed is a bar or granule for an inkjet printer comprising said ink composition with a phase transition.
EFFECT: invention provides phase change ink with high quality of spraying without clogging of printing heads, high wear resistance of printing on eye lenses, simple removal of the printed image from the lens with water without damaging it with good optical contrast on the transparent and dark lenses.
