SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to an electronic system for monitoring and assisting in therapy and prevention of a patient, and can be used for patient monitoring. Disclosed is a system for realizing a method, the method comprising steps of: providing a medical device to administer a drug, transmitting medical device usage data to a computing system, wherein the use data have a timestamp, calculating adherence to the therapeutic regimen based on the pre-prescribed therapeutic regimen data and said use data, transmitting to the computer system the patient-related results, wherein the patient-related results have a timestamp, generating, in a computer system, a report comprising a first graphical representation of observing a treatment regimen and a second graphical representation of the results reported by the patient, wherein said first and second graphical representations comprise a common timeline, visualizing said report available for the medical professional, for displaying a user interface on the screen, wherein said first and second graphical representations are simultaneously displayed.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides improved monitoring of patient's treatment.
