SUBSTANCE: device comprises a molding section configured to receive a main film and forming therefrom a group of workpieces having a plurality of adjoining tray-shaped elements, and a packing section configured to arrange a group of blanks and a sealing film and to secure the sealing film, at least in the position of the upper opening to a group of workpieces for forming adjacent packages. Device also comprises a displacement device configured to move both the molding section and the packing section for intermittent step-by-step movement to the group of workpieces along the specified trajectory of motion. Invention also relates to a packing method using the above-described device.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher efficiency, quality and serviceability.
