SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic chemistry and specifically to a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, where R is group r is 0; R1a is C1-C4 alkyl substituted with OH; halogen; or unsubstituted oxazolyl; R1b, R1c, R1d and R1e each independently represent hydrogen; R3 is -O-; R4 is methylene; R5a and R6a each independently represent hydrogen; R7 is hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl, optionally substituted with one methoxy group; R9 is absent; each R10 independently represents methyl or ethyl; R15 is pyridyl substituted with one substitute selected from piperidine substituted with -CO2H; -NCH3-CH2-phenyl-CO2H; -O-phenyl substituted with -CO2H and / or -OCH3; -O-phenyl substituted with -C(O)OR10; imidazole, substituted with -CO2H and CH3; -CH3N-CH2-CO2H; and -NH-CH2-CH2-CO2H.
