FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula (I), in which R1 is C1-4 alkylene biradical; R2 is C1-4 alkylene biradical optionally substituted with one or two substituents independently selected from a group consisting of methyl, ethyl, propyl, isopropyl, butyl, isobutyl, second-butyl, tert-butyl, 3-aminopropyl, 4-aminobutyl, benzyl, 4-hydroxybenzyl; R3 is H; m is selected from 0, 1, 2 and 4; n is selected from 0, 1 and 2; X is independently selected from a group consisting of O(C1-4 alkyl), C1-6 alkyl, CF3 and halogen; and Y is selected from a group consisting of -CO2H, -CO2(C1-4 alkyl), - N(C1-4 alkyl)2, or its pharmacologically acceptable stereoisomer or salt. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition and applications of the compound of formula (I).
EFFECT: new compounds of formula (I) are obtained that can be used for the treatment and/or prevention of disorders or diseases associated with a disruption of the regulation of intracellular calcium or RyR receptor dysfunction.
