FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutics, namely to linezolid-based antimicrobial agents. Presented is linezolid preparation, which allows using its various metamorphic forms. Preparation consists of a core containing linezolid, hydroxypropylcellulose, magnesium stearate and other auxiliary additives, and shells, wherein the core additionally contains hyprolose, crosspovidon and aerosil – silicon dioxide, with the following ratio of ingredients (wt%): linezolid 60–80; low-substituted hydroxypropylcellulose 10–16; hyprolose 1–2; crosspovidon 7–15; aerosil 1–3; magnesium stearate 0.5–2. As a linezolid, the preparation contains linezolid polymorphic forms I, II, IV or their mixtures.
EFFECT: preparation can be presented in the form of a tablet, granules, capsules, dragees and is suitable for use of any form of linezolid with required speed of dissolution at ingress into biological fluid.
