FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to endocrinology, medical rehabilitation, and can be used for treating patients with diabetic neuropathy. Patient is exposed to magnetic laser exposure using infrared low-energy laser radiation from a matrix emitter in pulsed mode with total pulse power of 80 W in pulse, frequency of 1500 Hz and constant magnetic field by induction of 30 mT. Exposure is on the region of popliteal pits, medial surface of ankle joints, gastrocnemius muscles, painful points within foot for 2–3 minutes per one field. Procedure lasts 20 minutes. Therapeutic course is 10 daily procedures.
EFFECT: method provides reducing manifestation of pain syndrome, swelling and discomfort and skin colour change due to application of magnetic-laser exposure.
