FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: protective device contains load, the first field transistor, drain of which is connected to the first input of supply, the gate through the first resistor is connected to the second input of supply, and the source is connected to the first output of the second resistor and through the first stabilitron to the point of connection of the first resistor and gate of the first field-effect transistor. Additionally, a second field transistor, a bipolar transistor, a second stabilitron, a diode, a third, a fourth and a fifth resistor are introduced, the first lead of the latter being connected to the second lead of the second resistor and the bipolar transistor base, emitter of which is connected to the sources of the first and second field transistors, and the collector - to the gate of the second field transistor, the drain of which is connected to one load terminal and through series-connected third resistor and a diode with a second terminal of the fifth resistor connected through the second stabilitron to the second power input and the other load terminal, gate of the second field-effect transistor is connected to the first lead of the fourth resistor, the second lead of which is connected to the second power input directly or through series-connected light-emitting diode and switch.
EFFECT: technical result is broader functional capabilities and field of use, as well as high reliability of operation.
