FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: system for accumulator electric heating includes tubular electric heaters for heating water, two horizontally located tanks. The operating principle of the system for accumulator electric heating consists in the initial heating of the heat carrier in both tanks to a predetermined temperature, and when the system for accumulator electric heating is launched into operation, the heat carrier circulates through one tank, the second tank with the heated heat carrier and non-working tubular electric heaters is disconnected from the heating system by a hydraulic valve. When the temperature in the first tank connected to the heating system is below 75°C, the temperature relay switches the hydraulic valves, and the heat carrier circulates through the second tank, and the first tank disconnected from the heating system heats the heat carrier therein to a temperature of 75°C. When the temperature in the first tank reaches 75°C, the temperature relay switches the hydraulic valves on the tanks, the first tank is connected to the heating system, and the second tank is disconnected from the heating system, and the heat carrier is heated therein to the predetermined temperature controlled by the temperature relay. Electrical energy is supplied to the tubular electric heaters of both tanks when the cooled heat carrier enters the tanks due to the actuation of the temperature relay. The temperature conditions are adjusted in the heating system by the speed of the heat carrier flow, implemented by selecting the speed on the circulation pump or positioning the balancing valve, by changing the capacity of the storage tanks and the power of the tubular electric heaters, the productivity of the unit can be changed.
EFFECT: reduction in electrical energy consumption.
