FIELD: spraying.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of materials on surface and their curing on said surfaces. Device for application of light curable material on working surface and its curing on this working surface contains nozzle, from which light-curable material is applied on working surface for formation of light-curable material layer on it. Light curable layer has a leading edge and a trailing edge defined in accordance with the direction of movement of the nozzle relative to the working surface, and a light source fixed relative to the nozzle and configured to direct the light beam onto the back edge of the light curable material layer. According to the method of applying light-curable material on the working surface and hardening it on this working surface, light-curable material is applied on the working surface from the nozzle, the direction of movement of the nozzle relative to the working surface is determined. During application of light-cured material, a beam of light is directed onto the working surface on light-curable material applied on the working surface, and characteristics of the light beam are adjusted in response to the result of determining the direction of movement of the nozzle.

EFFECT: technical result is possibility of light-sensitive materials application on components and their curing on these components during one-stage process, which is suitable for media with limited space and light-sensitive media.
