The device for the fluid media comprises: a substrate layer; a flexible membrane containing a radiation-absorbing material placed on the substrate layer, while the flexible membrane and the substrate layer define between themselves a cavity containing a given liquid; and an actuator operably located within or near the cavity; moreover, the radiation absorbing material forms a composite joint that fastens the substrate layer with a flexible membrane, and the composite joint contains a perimeter seam surrounding the cavity and a protective joint surrounding the perimeter seam, and the actuator is configured to be activated and deactivated to change the pressure in the cavity and move the flexible membranes, while along the composite joint or inside it there are remnants of a special liquid, and the perimeter seam is located between the specified remnants and the cavity.

EFFECT: exclusion of liquid leakage and reduction of the number of air bubbles.
