FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and dermatology, and can be used for treating skin diseases specified in dermatitis and 1st- and 2nd-degree burns. That is ensured by depositing nano-sized silver particles on the skin or wound in the region of the aqueous micellar solution. Solution is applied with regularity up to three times a day for up to ten days. Standard treatment involves the oral administration of a tablet preparation containing diosmin 450 mg and narperidin 50 mg twice a day after meals.
EFFECT: invention provides higher clinical effectiveness in dermatitis and burns.
