SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely dermatology, and can be used in treating eczema and burns of 2^nd and 3^rd degrees. Method involves application of nano-sized particles of gold on the skin of a wound or a wound in the affected region with regularity up to three times a day for up to ten days. It is combined with the intravenous drop-by-drop infusion of the amber acid drug solution in the form of methyl glucamine mixtures or compounds in amount of 5–6 g of succinic acid per 1 l of the infusion mixture.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows higher clinical effectiveness of eczemas and burns of degree 2 and 3, reduced duration of hospitalization.
