FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to production of protective panel of aircraft. Proposed method consists in rigid fixing of tiles on outer surface of aircraft. Tiles are made by cutting solid piece, outer contour of which repeats outer contour of aircraft. Each tile is made with cross-section in form of parallelogram and has ledge in central part. In outer surface of aircraft there are holes, in which there arranged are ledges of plates. Tiles are arranged on aircraft surface in series so that facets of adjacent tiles are parallel to each other. At the same time a gap is formed between them, which is equal to temperature expansion of tiles. Tiles can be made from heat-resistant alloy, having resistance to chemical destruction of surface in gaseous media at temperatures of up to 1200 °C.
EFFECT: simplified manufacturing.
