SUBSTANCE: invention relates to three-dimensional printing of complex volume parts from metal by layer-by-layer synthesis and can be used in various fields of machine building. Method of 3D printing sectional wire includes the following operations: creation of 3D model of object; feeding the preformed wire in the form of repeating sections consisting of thickenings and thin sections; exposure to source material by energy beam; depositing fused raw material with layers on platform in accordance with 3D model of object; step-by-step supply of initial material to a given location according to 3D model of the object; change of energy beam power during manufacturing in accordance with source material beam focus.

EFFECT: technical result is possibility to make metal objects of any configuration, to increase purity of surface of objects, to reduce probability of their deformation at high efficiency.
