Device comprises an installation module configured to set a plurality of fracture position information elements relating to conversion from an image of a first dynamic range to an image of a second dynamic range, encoding module configured to encode an image of a second dynamic range to generate encoded data, a determination module configured to determine a priority order for a plurality of fracture position information elements, and an additive module configured to add a plurality of fracture position information elements to the encoded image data of the second dynamic range with a priority order given for the plurality of fracture position information elements.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of image conversion efficiency.
