SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and is intended for reception of electromagnetic fields of ultralow and extremely low frequencies (ULF and ELF) of natural and artificial origin in marine environment. Summary: device comprises electrode sensor of electric field in form of first and second metal electrode installed on rigid dielectric platform, a receiving unit and a preamplifier, to the input of which an electrode sensor is connected. Device also comprises first and second speed sensors, rigidly mounted on first and second electrodes of electric field sensor, subtracting unit, first and second adjustable amplifier and first and second correlator. First input of the subtracting unit is connected to the output of the first adjustable amplifier, whose input is connected to the first speed sensor. Second input of the subtracting unit is connected to the output of the second adjustable amplifier, whose input is connected to the second speed sensor. Third input of the subtracting unit is connected to the output of the preamplifier. Subtracting unit output is connected to input of receiving unit and first inputs of first and second correlators. Second input of the first correlator is connected to the first velocity sensor. Second input of the second correlator is connected to the second velocity sensor. Output of the first correlator is connected to the control input of the first adjustable amplifier. Output of the second correlator is connected to the control input of the second adjustable amplifier.

EFFECT: high sensitivity when receiving electromagnetic field in sea due to compensation of noise components of electrode sensor, which are proportional to pulsations of liquid velocity relative to electrodes.
