FIELD: soil or rock drilling.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling equipment and can be used in construction of directional and horizontal wells on hard-to-reach deposits, including Arctic shelf. Modular controlled system of rotary drilling of small-diameter wells includes power supply module, modulated control unit and deflection module containing hydraulic deflecting mechanisms with thrust blades, electric coils and magnets. Each deflecting mechanism is connected through a distributing device with a source of drilling mud under pressure. Distribution device is connected to the control unit and is configured to modulate the pressure of the liquid supplied to the deflecting mechanisms during rotation of the deflection module. Telemetry module, logging module and data exchange module with wellhead via unified adapters are additionally connected to deviation module. Logging module and data exchange module with well head are arranged with the possibility of disconnection from deflection module with preservation of its functioning. Modulated control unit is located in telemetry module.

EFFECT: technical result is higher versatility of system and wider range of equipment used together.
