SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling equipment and can be used as part of the arrangements of the bottom of the drill string when drilling directional, horizontal and multi-hole wells by rotary method. A rotary controlled drilling system consists of a stator sleeve that does not rotate relative to the walls of the well, through which a rotor shaft passes, connected on one side to the drill bit, and on the opposite side to the pipes of the drilling tool. The bushing houses a control module, an energy module, a communication module, and several deflection modules. Each deflecting module, as well as the energy module, has a power take-off gear engaged with a gear ring located on the surface of the rotor shaft.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the reliability of the system, a reduction in time and labor costs during drilling, and an increase in the efficiency and durability of the system.
