FIELD: fuel combustion devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a burner for producing quartz glass. Burner structure for producing quartz glass from liquid organosilicon compounds is a multi-tubular system, which includes series-arranged concentrically evaporating chamber based on quartz glass tube, heater, sealed protective jacket of heater, pipe from quartz glass for supply of hydrogen gas, pipe from quartz glass for supply of gaseous oxygen and burner housing. Pipes for supply of hydrogen and oxygen are narrowed in direction of raw material vapors output and form single nozzle together with evaporation chamber. Evaporation chamber from inside, immediately before nozzle, is filled with fragments of quartz glass. On the outside of the evaporation chamber there is a heater containing a heating element made in the form of a spiral placed on the evaporation chamber in the part which is filled from inside with fragments of quartz glass and a thermocouple. For heat insulation spiral is additionally wrapped with fiberglass.
EFFECT: technical result is the design simplification.
