Module of the training mat for strengthening the muscles of the foot, shin, pelvis, ankle, knee and hip joints according to the third version is made of elastic material and has the shape of a rectangle, on side surfaces of module there are grooves and protrusions for tenon joint, and the upper surface in contact with the user's foot is made in the form of an inclined plane with a smooth diagonal inclination from the angle to the opposite angle of module of 5–35 degrees.
