FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of elastomeric materials used in oil and gas industry for production of industrial rubber parts exposed to high temperatures, corrosive media, multiple tensile deformations, abrasive wear, and can be used in machine building, construction and other industries. Elastomeric composition contains synthetic hydrogenated butadiene-nitrile rubber, technical carbon, a vulcanising system and an antioxidant. Composition also contains a modifying additive in form of aluminum oxide of spherical shape with particle size from 50.0 to 150.0 mcm and a process additive in the form of a mixture of fatty acids. Di (tert-butylperoxy-isopropyl) benzene and zinc oxide are used as the vulcanization system, 4-(1-methyl-1-phenylethyl)-N-[4-(1-methyl-1-phenylethyl)phenyl]aniline.
EFFECT: invention improves operational characteristics during operation in conditions of simultaneous exposure to high temperatures, aggressive media, pressures and abrasive wear.
