FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the application of an antifriction layer on metal surfaces. Metal part is mounted on a magnetic disk with a diameter of 300 mm, which is rotated at a speed of 50–52 rpm or on a rotary table with a diameter of 550 mm, which is imparted 180° degree reciprocating rotation at a speed of 1,500 mm/min. First bronze-nickel layer with a grain size of 200 mcm and a layer thickness of 0.2–0.3 mm is applied on a premachined surface with an arc spraying pistol at a current of 220 A and air pressure of 40 bar with a wire with a diameter of 2 mm at a distance from the arc to the metal surface 100–120 mm. Then the second bronze nickel layer is applied with a grain size of 500–600 microns and a layer thickness of 0.5–0.8 mm with a current of 280 A, a pressure of 15 bar with a wire with a diameter of 2.2 mm. Second bronze nickel layer is applied while simultaneously jet blowing with an inert gas under a pressure of 10 bar, after which a layer of antifriction material based on polyetheretherketone 1.0–1.2 mm thick is applied.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to apply a friction layer on a metal part, which provides parts with a higher stress limit during transients, distortions and vibration overloads.
