FIELD: pipelines; technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning internal cavity of pipelines, can be used in municipal services, oil and gas industry and is aimed at improvement of cleaning efficiency. Device comprises a cleaning fluid supply branch pipe, associated with it a movable hollow cylindrical housing (6), equipped with a means for cutting deposits on the inner surface of the pipeline, installed with possibility of rotation by means of a bearing assembly, device displacement drive along pipeline and rotation drive. Device comprises support housing (1) connected to a cleaning fluid supply branch pipe, which is made with a central axial channel and is equipped with radially located nozzles (2) in the rear part and communicating with that channel, in amount of not less than three, inclined to its axis in direction opposite to device movement. In front part of support housing in front of nozzles with nozzles there is gland-protected bearing unit consisting of bearings (3) and spacer sleeves (4) pressed from the front by threaded coupling (5) on support housing, as well as coupling (7) fixed on movable hollow body and equipped with mills (8) located on it. On the rear side at the end of the movable hollow housing in the zone of the nozzles arrangement there is impeller (9) with blades (10) uniformly located along the ring and inclined to one side relative to the device axis with possibility of interaction with the cleaning liquid flow. Gaps are formed between impeller blades on the side of rotational axis to allow passage of cleaning fluid from nozzles to pipeline walls to create reactive driving force and to displace the device. Axle of at least one nozzle with nozzle is located intersecting with the impeller blade to actuate the jet and to provide rotation of the movable hollow body with mills on the front end face.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of cleaning of pipeline cavity with hard-to-break deposits on inner surface and plugs with provision of continuous movement of device along pipeline without using additional external mechanical drives.
