FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: device for cleaning the cavity of a pipeline contains a hollow body placed on a reagent feed branch pipe with the possibility of rotation, with a reagent outlet to the cavity of the pipeline being cleaned, a drive for moving the device along the pipeline and a rotary drive. The hollow body (1) is cylindrical with end caps (2, 3) fixed with bolts (9) and mounted on a hollow half-coupling (4), with the possibility of rotating around it with bearings (5) fitted with a spacer sleeve (6) between them and closed with oil seals (7). The half-coupling (4) is provided with a thread bushing (8), which clamps a cylindrical body to form a gap between the wall of the front end cap (3) and the front end of the half-coupling. The front end cap (3) is provided externally with a semi-cylindrical body (10), the walls of which form a cavity communicating with the cavity of the cylindrical body. The axis of the semi-cylindrical body is located in the direction of movement of the device. An L-shaped tangential nozzle (12) with a cylindrical vertical part (13), provided with a thread and a tapering horizontal part (14), is mounted axially and perpendicular to the flat wall of the semi-cylindrical body perpendicular to it by means of a threaded connection and a counter nut (11). The tangential nozzle is also installed with the possibility of changing the angle of the position of the axis of the tapering part with respect to the axis of the device, while the axis of the tapering part being either located in the plane of rotation of the axis of the vertical part of the nozzle, or deviated from it by an angle of no more than 45° in the direction opposite to the movement of the device, with the possibility of creating reactive forces with a single nozzle for rotating and moving the device along the pipeline during the cleaning process. In addition, at the end of the rotating part, a cutting tool (15) is fixed at the end of the semi-cylindrical cover body with the possibility of cutting the packed layers adjacent to the walls of the pipeline.

EFFECT: simplifying the device, reducing labour costs in manufacturing and operation, reducing the consumption of reagent, increasing the productivity and quality of cleaning completely silted pipelines.
