SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology. Method of producing nanocapsules of zinc oxide is characterized by that zinc oxide is added to a suspension of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose in hexane in presence of 0.01 g of preparation E472c while stirring 900 rev/s, then tetrachloromethane is added, after which the obtained suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature, wherein the weight ratio of core: shell is 1:1, or 1:2, or 1:3.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method of producing nanocapsules of zinc oxide.
