SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a parking assistance method and a parking assistance device. Method of parking assistance, which is carried out by parking assistance device, includes steps, on which indicate available parking space, on which can be considered vehicle. Available parking space is displayed on the display. When available parking space is in parking unavailability state, which represents a condition in which the vehicle in question can not be parked in an accessible parking place, it is determined whether or not the unavailability of parking is canceled. When parking unavailability state is canceled before the first time passes, forms for display of accessible place for parking on the display are supported.
EFFECT: provides for presentation of available parking space to driver and passengers in compliance with obstacle.
