FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway rail attachment assembly. Railway rail fixing assembly comprises railway rail first side insulator and railway rail terminal fastening device (3), adapted to retain rail railway resilient locking terminal (6). Fastening device (3) is configured to support first lateral support insulator (1') intended to form electrically insulating bearing surface (10') between vertical side surface (21A) of foot (21) of rail (2) and vertical bearing surfaces (301, 302, 303, 304) of fastening device (3) located next to rail foot (21). Electrically insulating bearing surface (10') is formed by outer surface of insulator wall (100'). Insulator further comprises element (110') connected to inner surface (12') of wall (100') and having top surface (11') extending from inner surface of wall (100') substantially perpendicular to bearing surface (10') to a depth of (do), which is not less than the depth (dw) walls in said direction. Device (3) of fixation has vertical bearing surfaces (301, 302, 303, 304), which are front wall surfaces (301, 303, 304) and adapted for placement near rail foot (21).
EFFECT: as a result, it is possible to provide different widths of track and height on an unbalanced path without a large number of differing parts, which need to be dealt with.
