FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopedic dentistry, and aims at studying strength characteristics of various structures of fixed dentures. Universal device for studying strength characteristics of various structures of fixed dentures is made of stainless steel by additive method of laser sintering and consists of monolithic base and removable artificial dental analogues. Base is presented in form of parallelepiped, which is monolithically connected to rectangular platform of cascade type, having outer dimensions of 80.00×55.00×4.50 mm, wherein parallelepiped measures 55.00×20.00×15.5 mm. On the outer horizontal surface of the parallelepiped, there are 5 cone-shaped recesses with a flat base equidistant from each other at distance of 2 mm, which are negative imaging of analogue roots of artificial teeth – three molars and two premolars, on platform with two oppositely located symmetrical sections, having rounded slots with diameter of 6.00 mm and lengthwise dimension of 10.00 mm for fixture fixation in test power apparatus by means of screw with diameter of 5.00 mm, at distance of 20.00 mm from edges, platform is reduced by 1.50 mm in height. To reduce material consumption at production stage on each side of parallelepiped perforated holes are made in 5 rows with diameter of 3.0 mm, arranged in staggered order at distance from each other of 3.00 mm and with distance between rows of 2.00 mm. Removable artificial teeth analogues are represented by three types of structures, the first of which is identical to the tooth with the intact preserved crown, the second one is identical to the tooth prepared for the artificial crown, for further fixation of test non-removable dentures thereon, third structure is similar to tooth root with crown destruction at gingival level, wherein all the dental analogue structures have the same bases, corresponding to the shape of recesses on the outer horizontal surface of the parallelepiped and smaller by 50 mcm along the entire perimeter of the recess volume.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to manufacture high-precision universal equipment, which enables to perform studies on strength characteristics of different-length structures of fixed dentures in power machines.
