FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to dentistry, and is intended for use in treating patients with periodontium diseases complicated by hyperfunctioning masseter muscles. Professional oral hygiene is carried out, and denture impressions are obtained. Central jaw ratio is determined and recorded. That is followed by positioning and fixing the lower jaw models relative to the upper one in the articulator by using an occlusion registrar obtained by determining the central ratio. Models in the articulator are scanned in the digital unit of the CAD/CAM system. On digitized models on oral surface of upper or lower dentition, in computer program of CAD/CAM system, dental bus is simulated so that the tire has thickness of 3 mm, and the lower border of the tire is located 2 mm above the marginal gum, covering the equator and chewing surface of molars, premolars and cutting edges of the incisors and canines. Occlusal surface of the tire has imprints of antagonists and inclined pilots, guides and limiting movement of the lower jaw in a transverse direction, with artificial facets of teeth, in case of absence of teeth in a dental row. Further, the obtained digital model of the dental tire is printed on 3D printer of polymethylmethacrylate. Thereafter, the dental splint is ground, polished and fixed in the oral cavity by means of a fluid composite with observing an adhesive fixation protocol. That is followed by a flap surgery using a technique of directed tissue regeneration, followed by removal of the dental splint after the postoperative period and restructuring of the mitotic tone. Treatment is followed by rational denture replacement.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to manufacture, by an additive method, on a dental line of the patient an individual tire having elements disconnecting dental rows and positioning jaws in the required position with subsequent flap surgery using a method of directed tissue regeneration.
