FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Inhaler for delivering at least one substance from a cartridge with a dose of drug substance into the user's lungs comprises a first airflow carrier delivery channel to the proximal opening in the mouthpiece through which the user inhales; a holder for installing a cartridge with a dose of the drug substance over the air flow path; and a second channel for delivering parallel airflow to the mouthpiece, bypassing the position of the cartridge with a dose of the drug substance.
EFFECT: control device connected to the valve regulates the air flow rate, for example, by controlling the parallel air flow based on the air flow velocity indication and the air flow target profile.
