FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Inhaler for delivering at least one substance from a cartridge with a dose of the drug substance into the user's lungs comprises a first delivery channel of the air flow carrier to the proximal opening in the mouthpiece through which the user inhales; a holder for installing a cartridge with a dose of the drug substance over the air flow path; and a second channel for delivering parallel airflow to the mouthpiece, bypassing the position of the cartridge with a dose of the drug substance. In some embodiments, the control device connected to the valve controls the air flow rate, for example, by adjusting the parallel air flow based on the indication of the air flow rate and the target air flow profile.
EFFECT: disclosed is a flow-regulating inhaler.
