SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication engineering, particularly to data transmission between aircraft and at least one ground station. Device for air-to-ground communication between aircraft (12) and ground station (20), wherein both aircraft (12) and ground station (20) comprise antennae (16, 18) for radio data directional transmission (14), characterized in that data transmission (14) is performed in frequency band from 60 to 90 GHz, and antenna (18) of ground station (20) transmits and receives data exclusively in a range of angles α at least 5 degrees in upward direction relative to horizontal plane (22).

EFFECT: technical result consists in prevention of interference in operation of ground networks, on the one hand, and prevention of interference from ground to operation of air-to-ground communication line, on the other side.
