Embodiment of invention discloses, in particular, a method of transmitting a service, which includes steps of: displaying n client signals at a rate of t on ms/t sub-regions of load m of FlexO frames, wherein payload area of each of m lines of FlexO frames is divided into s/t sub-regions of load and each line of FlexO frame is transmitted using FlexO line with speed s; configuring FlexO type information, time interval service information and signal display information for each frame FlexO line and transmitting m FlexO lines to the second transmitting device using m FlexO lines with a transmission speed s, wherein the second transmitting device is configured to perform parsing in accordance with FlexO type information, time interval service signaling information and signal display information, client signals transmitted in the ms/t load sub-regions.
