SUBSTANCE: having received a client signal, an additional slot is identified in a unit of useful information of an optical channel according to this received client signal, and using the self-tuned fixed speed of transfer, the specified signal is reflected to the additional slot, afterwards service information is added into the unit of useful information of the optical channel, and the specified unit is transferred to the optical transport channel. At the same time the equipment includes devices of client signals reception and transfer in the optical transport network, arranged in a manner described within the framework of this invention.

EFFECT: higher throughput capacity of a transfer channel in the optical transport network and independence of optical transport network devices on type of access services.
