FIELD: furnaces; technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reflector tandem furnace for remelting of aluminum scrap. Furnace includes housing formed by refractory external side, front and rear end walls, two baths limited by hearths, arch and walls, three tapes, gas duct and welded frame, on which everything is arranged. In furnace there is external heat insulation of walls consisting of double layer of sheet asbestos cardboard. Furnace frame is laid inside by two rows of light blocks with three layers between them of flexible heat-insulating fiberglass mullite-silica cardboard, two baths and two inclined platforms are made of corundum blocks KC-95, laid on double layer of flexible heat-insulating glass-fiber mullite-silica cardboard, furnace frame is welded to steel box, having heat insulation between it and each wall, consisting of three layers of heat-insulating glass-fiber mullite-silica cardboard, vaults above inclined platforms and above first and second baths of furnace have layer with fire-resistant heat-insulating coating with double layer of fire-resistant heat-insulating mats laid on top of it, rear end wall in upper part has lined shield, chimney is made in front wall, at that, in the front end wall there are arranged six four-row medium-pressure injection-type 40-mixer burners directed at angle of 27° on inclined platforms, on top in the roof above the first and second baths there are two-row injection medium-pressure twenty-mixer burners directed at angle of 27° to the bottom of baths, furnace has four working openings, device for lifting and lowering working shutter, as well as slag window of furnace includes electric drive. Three tapholes in rear end wall are made in quick-replaceable taphole bricks. Furnace has dust-gas cleaning system to achieve environmentally friendly process.
EFFECT: providing high efficiency of the furnace, reduction of heat and loss losses and possibility of ecologically pure remelting of aluminum scrap.
