FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine and analytical equipment. Disclosed is a method of making a color pattern, which is a flat paper or plastic card, on which there is an area for placing a test strip and a set of calibration zones for color identification. Method comprises the following steps: creating an aqueous solution of at least one detectable component of selected concentration, immersing into it a test strip with reagent area on time determined by manufacturer of test strip to obtain color, method includes calibrating the obtained color value, after which the calibrated color is applied to the corresponding calibration zone of the color pattern, wherein the number of zones is selected corresponding to the number of gradations available to determine concentrations of the determined component or mixture of determined components, wherein colors of calibration zones on the template are obtained by averaging the images obtained for the test strips when measuring solutions of the determined components with known concentrations, wherein averaging is carried out over the entire area of the reagent region and on several independent measurements for each concentration of the determined component. Also disclosed is a method for analyzing the results of colorimetric test strips based on processing a test strip image placed on a color template produced in accordance with the above method.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides creation of color patterns which can be used together with mobile devices for determination of concentration of components in solution using commercially available test strips with sensitivity, specificity and reproducibility not worse than when using commercially available devices (readers).
