FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Device is intended for treatment of human hand carpal tunnel syndrome, having palmar side with areas of thenar and hypothenar and dorsal side opposite palmar side. Wrist cuff has a C-shaped profile in cross section, besides, two ends of the C-shaped profile of the cuff for hand compose a hole of the cuff. Cuff for a hand has two or more parts of a cuff, having a C-shaped profile in cross-section and connected to each other by means of a connecting element with formation of a cuff for a hand. Parts of the cuff are connected to each other by means of a connecting element preferably with the possibility of displacement and/or rotation and disconnection so that the width of the cuff hole can be adjusted individually for each patient. Sections of connected and C-shaped parts of the collar mutually overlap and are part of connecting element. What is disclosed is a device for treating human hand carpal tunnel syndrome, including such a cuff.
