FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to two versions of transalkylation and installation method. One of the versions of the method includes the steps of: (a) conducting, in a reaction reactor, a feed stream of a reactor containing toluene, C9 aromatic substances, C10-aromatic substances and hydrogen, on a catalyst for producing an outlet stream of a reactor containing benzene and xylenes; (b) cooling the reactor effluent to obtain a first two-phase mixture; (c) separating the first two-phase mixture into a first liquid stream and a first vaporous stream; (d) feeding at least a portion of a first liquid stream to a benzene production column, wherein a portion of the first liquid stream fed into the benzene production column bypasses the stabilization column; and (e) extracting benzene from the first condensed liquid stream in the benzene production column.

EFFECT: present invention increases energy efficiency of processes.
