SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a mechanical appliance mounted on a medical functional bed with mechanical drives and providing a patient unable to independently leave the bed, using the toilet vessel without resorting to the help of another person. A control unit of a toilet device installed on a medical bed comprises a hollow tubular body 1 intended for fixation in bed frame 12. Inside this body there is bushing 2 with axis 3, the upper part of which has a polyhedral cross-section and is intended for connection to the handle of the toilet device control from the "sitting on the bed" position. Lower part of axis has round cross-section and is connected by means of connecting bushing 6 with bracket 5, having on both horizontal shelves coaxial holes 7. These holes serve for connection of bracket 5 with thrust of toilet device. At the same time the bracket is connected to the lever of the toilet device control from the position "standing next to the bed" by means of a threaded bushing fixed on the vertical flange of the bracket.

EFFECT: improved convenience of use of a toilet device installed on a medical bed, by enabling independent control of the mechanical drive of this device from the side of a person on the bed, wherein the possibility of controlling said drive and on the side of the person next to the bed is not ruled out.
